I live in beautiful South Central Pennsylvania. Roaming the back roads looking for that random off the beaten path yard sale is my favorite way to spend a morning. It gets better when I find that gem at a killer price but it is such a nice trip in itself. I took the picture above while I was out "hunting". Even if I didn't get anything the scenery made the drive well worth it. A lot of people call it picking but I think I feels more like hunting. Not always for anything in particular but definitely on the prowl. SOMETHING is going to get pounced on. Sometimes I see it from across that yard and I feel my heart start pounding. Tunnel vision kicks in and I swear I start foaming at the mouth. This is where my wife comes in. 

My wife is the yin to my yang. If not for her I would miss out on some wonderful finds while I am loosing my mind on the one I currently have in my sights. I would also put us right into the poor house. While I am very knowledgeable about the things I like, and know how to make a profit, my wife keeps my heart in check. If I didn't watch myself or if she was not around, I could easily let my want and "need" for an item to override my sense.
